We inform you that it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify the content of your order (article, address and delivery method...) once it has been validated and paid.
You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return the desired products for a refund (we currently do not offer an exchange procedure).
If you have benefited from a gift offered under conditions, this one must also be returned if the remaining amount of your order does not meet the conditions of the offer. In case of absence of this one, we will not be able to proceed to the refund.
The products must be in their initial state and packaging, without having been opened. Any opened or damaged product will unfortunately not be refunded.
MATIS products being by nature fragile, you must ensure that they are properly packed, in a suitable size packaging with the necessary protections to avoid damaging or breaking them during the return transport. Indeed, if the article is refused, because it is damaged, opened, broken etc., it cannot be refunded and will be sent back to your address at our expense, without you being able to demand compensation.
The return shipping costs remain at your charge. We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claim. Packages are to be returned by post to the following address only:MATIS
Orders placed on our MATIS website cannot be returned or exchanged in our beauty centers.
1Contact the customer service at email@example.com specifying your name, order number, the items you wish to return and their quantities, the reason for your return, so that we can validate it.
2Complete the return form that we will send you once your return request has been validated. It will be attached to your return package.
3Carefully pack the products you are returning in a suitable package (size and protection). Do not forget to attach the return form.
4Your parcel must be sent back by post with parcel tracking method, to the following address only:MATIS
5Drop off the parcel in a post office and keep your tracking number (no returns by simple letter). Note that the return shipping costs are at your charge.
6You can track your parcel on www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois.
7We proceed to your refund within a maximum of 30 days following the reception of your parcel.
